The attached PDF provides an example of a  design statement for an apartment block project, and is intended to be used as a benchmark to inform applicants and/or their designers preparing resource consents for similarly scaled projects, under the provisions of the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan. 

The drawings have been developed from the original submission by Architectus for Trinity Apartments in Parnell, Auckland, and illustrate the level of detail and type of drawings that would be expected to meet the information requirements as set-out in the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan .
